CleanTech Vanadium Mining Closes CA$215,000 Final Private Placement Tranche

05:07 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CleanTech Vanadium Mining (CTV.V) after trade Tuesday said it completed the third and final tranche of its private placement, raising CA$215,000 through the sale of 2.15 million units at CA$0.10 each. Including the first two tranches, the company has raised a total of CA$803,500, the company added. Each unit includes one common share and one transferable warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to purchase an additional share for CA$0.15 for three years, according to the statement. "The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general working capital purposes," it said. CleanTech shares closed of 5% at CA$0.105 on Tuesday.
