Farmers & Merchants Bancorp Board Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.24 Per Share, Approves Special Dividend of $0.01 Per Share

05:00 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Farmers & Merchants Bancorp (FMAO) said Tuesday its board has increased its quarterly dividend to $0.24 per share from $0.23, and approved a one-time special cash dividend of $0.01 per share, bringing the total Q3 dividend payment to $0.25 per share. The Q3 and special dividend of $0.25 per share will be paid on Oct. 20 to shareholders on Oct. 9, the company said.
