Swedbank names Bo Lundgren chair of AGM 2027 nomination committee
Bitget2026/09/29 15:30- Swedbank named six members to its nomination committee for the 2027 annual general meeting, led by Bo Lundgren as chair.
- The committee also includes Ylva Wessén, Annette Björkman, Magnus Tell, Anders Hansson, and Swedbank board chair Göran Persson.
- It will prepare proposals for the 2027 AGM covering the election of the AGM chair, the board chair and directors, and the external auditor.
