Orion Digital Regains Compliance With Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Requirement

07:45 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orion Digital (ORIO.TO, ORIO) received confirmation from the Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, it said in a statement late Monday. The company's common shares were required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days to regain compliance. The closing bid price of the shares has been at $1.00 per share or greater for the 14 consecutive business days from Sept. 8 to Sept. 25, the company said. US-listed shares were last seen unchanged at $1.02 in pre-market trading.
