From Shopify to Zoom: Meta (META.US) equips Muse with a complete toolbox for small businesses
Meta has launched the Muse AI agent for small businesses, which can be integrated with more than ten tools including Shopify and Stripe. Its stock price has increased by 25% in September.
According to Jinse Finance, Meta Platforms (META.US) on Tuesday launched Muse for Small Business, expanding its AI assistant with new skills and app connections aimed at helping small businesses manage their operations.
Meta stated that businesses can set goals for Muse, such as running their operations or finding new customers, and the assistant will perform tasks on their behalf. Users can connect tools they already use, including Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox (DBX.US), Figma (FIG.US), Intuit (INTU.US) QuickBooks, Notion, Shopify (SHOP.US), Slack, Stripe, and Zoom (ZM.US), as well as their Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
This launch comes right after Meta disclosed on Monday that it plans to introduce a new business platform and has recruited MongoDB (MDB.US) CEO CJ Desai to lead the initiative. The platform will include a Muse AI assistant, a business assistant, and a programming tool.
Meta has experienced a strong month on Wall Street, with its stock price rising 25% in September. This surge followed the September 8 launch of Muse, Meta's personal AI assistant.
