05:50 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with the company statement from the first paragraphs.) Blackstone (BX) is launching a logistics investment platform that will begin operating next year across key markets in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, the company said. The company said Tuesday the Stockholm-based platform Norla will initially include about 200 mainly last-mile warehouses covering over 2 million square meters. The portfolio will concentrate around urban hubs, including Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The platform assets will initially be worth about 3 billion euros ($3.41 billion), a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.

02:57 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Simulations Plus (SLP) said Tuesday that affiliates of Altaris have completed the acquisition of the company. The transaction price was $375 million, with each Simulations shareholder receiving $18.50 in cash per share, according to an earlier statement. As a result of the acquisition, Simulations said it has become a privately held company and its common stock will no longer trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
