Isaac Engineering corrects stock-pledge loan disclosure, revises pledged loan amount to 99,999,500 won

- The amendment revised a share-collateral loan tied to 180,181 shares, changing the loan amount to KRW 99,999,500 from KRW 500 million.
- It also updated the description of that facility to reflect a term extension with partial repayment.
- Total shares under major contracts were unchanged at 363,078 shares, equal to 4.38% of voting shares.
