According to Zhitong Finance APP, a federal judge in Delaware, USA, on Monday rejected requests from Pfizer (PFE.US), BioNTech (BNTX.US), and Moderna (MRNA.US). The three companies had previously asked to dismiss a lawsuit filed against them by German pharmaceutical giant Bayer’s Monsanto, which involves their use of a patent related to mRNA technology.
