IDT Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Dividend Maintained

04:57 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IDT (IDT) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.94, up from $0.76 a year earlier. One analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.98. Revenue for the three months ended July 31 was $339 million, up from $316.6 million a year earlier. One analyst expected $319 million. For the full-year fiscal 2027, the company expects to grow consolidated gross profit to $545 million to $555 million. The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.07 per share, payable Oct. 14 to stockholders of record Oct. 5.
