ICF Wins $70 Million in New Los Angeles County Energy Efficiency Work Orders

04:34 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ICF International (ICFI) won two new multiyear work orders worth up to $70 million under the County of Los Angeles Energy Support Services Master Agreement to support Southern California Regional Energy Network public-sector energy efficiency programs. The work orders, awarded in early August, are subject to the county exercising renewal options, the company said Monday in a statement. ICF will provide end-to-end program implementation services across the energy network's service territory, including engineering, data-driven customer and project targeting, marketing and engagement, financing and construction management support.
