Silver Hammer Mining, Stroud Resources Win Shareholder Approval for Silver Frontier Amalgamations

04:16 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Hammer Mining (HAMR.CN) and Stroud Resources (SDR.V) said Monday that shareholders of both companies "overwhelmingly" approved the amalgamations that will combine three companies into one. The deal will combine Silver Hammer, Stroud, and SilverMark Resources to create a new company called Silver Frontier Resources Corp., according to the statement. "The overwhelming support for these transactions is an important endorsement of the strategic direction we are taking and the opportunity to build a larger, more diversified and well-capitalized silver company," said Silver Hammer Chief Executive Officer Peter Ball. The amalgamations are still subject to other closing conditions, including completion of the previously announced brokered subscription receipt financing, the companies said.
