- Expected patent term, including six months of pediatric exclusivity, runs through March 28, 2041, extending protection by nearly five years.
- Trofinetide also has a U.S. method-of-use patent for Rett syndrome that expires in July 2036.
- Trofinetide is marketed in the U.S. as DAYBUE and DAYBUE STIX for adults and pediatric patients ages 2 and older.
