Immunovia announces extraordinary general meeting

- Shareholders will vote on amending the articles to raise share-capital limits to SEK 24–96 million, SEK 30–120 million, or SEK 36–144 million.
- The meeting will also decide whether to ratify a rights issue of units, each comprising two shares and one warrant (TO 4).
- Warrants would be issued free of charge; each TO 4 would allow subscription for one new share at 110% of the share subscription price.
- Investors will also vote on authorizing the board to issue shares and TO 4 warrants to guarantors as underwriting compensation.
