Cerebras Systems, Gimlet Labs Team Up on High-Speed AI Inference Platform

10:39 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cerebras Systems (CBRS) is joining with Gimlet Labs to help power a new cloud service that is designed to handle AI tasks much faster, the companies said Monday. The setup, which pairs the Gimlet Cloud service with Cerebras' large AI processing chip, is expected to handle about 3,000 words per second for apps that need quick responses, the companies said. The first data center is expected online later this year, and the companies plan to broaden the effort with added software, infrastructure work and developer tools.
