Goldman Sachs to Launch Voluntary Voting Instruction Program

10:16 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs Group (GS) said Monday it is launching a voluntary voting instruction program that will allow retail shareholders to set standing instructions to align their votes with recommendations from the company's board. The company said shareholders can change or cancel their instructions or opt out of the program at any time and will continue to receive definitive proxy statements. Goldman Sachs plans to launch an enrollment portal for individual investors in the coming days, while employees will have access to a separate internal platform for streamlined enrollment of eligible accounts, according to the statement.
