- General and administrative costs increased 16.37% to USD 12.08 million, and total expenses climbed 32.15% to USD 30.74 million.
- Net cash used in operating activities swung to an outflow of USD 7.65 million from an inflow, while cash and equivalents were USD 375,036.
- Average daily net production declined 8.02% to 734 BOE per day, and net producing wells rose to 472 from 342.
- Management cited higher well downtime, water injection flowline repairs, increased natural gas flaring, and the Sept. 9 conveyance of 2025 ORRIs.
