Biotalys names Christine Berwaerts as audit committee chair##

- Berwaerts will chair the Audit Committee; she was CFO of Globachem, previously CFO of Belchim Crop Protection Group.
- Tudor is Global Head of Crop Protection Marketing, Professional Solutions at Syngenta Crop Protection; she also sits on Syngenta’s leadership team.
- Berwaerts replaces Laura Meyer effective Sept. 1, 2026; Tudor replaces Patrick Van Beneden effective Sept. 28, 2026.
