- The revised agenda adds a proposal to appoint Madison Maxey as an inside director.
- It replaces the earlier plan to elect two independent directors with a single independent director appointment for Monroe D. Kennedy III.
- The meeting will also vote on amendments to the articles of incorporation to expand the company’s business scope into robotics-related electronic skin and sensor technologies.
