04:40 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fox Factory (FOXF) said late Friday it has completed the sale of of Wheelhouse Holdings, the parent company of Marucci Sports, to Squared Up for an enterprise value of $225 million. The consideration comprised of $200 million in cash, and $25 million of an unsecured subordinated convertible promissory note due Dec. 31, the firm said.
