01:58 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ADARx Pharmaceuticals (ADRX) shares jumped 25% in Friday trading, after the company's debut on Nasdaq. The company priced an upsized initial public offering of nearly 26.3 million common shares at $17 apiece, for about $446.3 million in expected gross proceeds, it said late Thursday. The late-stage clinical biotechnology company granted a 30-day option to IPO underwriters to purchase up to 3.9 million additional shares. Price: 21.27, Change: +4.27, Percent Change: +25.09
