- Nedbank Property Partners will buy a 50% stake for about R 677 million, valuing the platform at R 5.155 billion.
- The assets had a book value of R 5.429 billion at March 31, 2026, implying a 5% discount and an 8.4% yield.
- Burstone keeps 50% ownership, retains fund and asset management mandates, targets recurring fees, and expects the deal to lift earnings.
- The transaction is expected to cut reported LTV to 17.5%-19.5% from 39.6%, with an effective date no later than Dec. 1, 2026.
