- CEO T Gobalsamy accepted 261,079 shares with a deemed value of R26.1 million.
- Finance Director SP Serfontein accepted 75,023 shares with a deemed value of R7.5 million.
- Prescribed officers CM Kotzé, RC Hennecke accepted 30,010 shares (R3 million) and 55,017 shares (R5.5 million).
- Company secretary D Dickson accepted 15,005 shares with a deemed value of R1.5 million; subsidiary director SM Mdluli accepted 2,501 shares valued R250,024.97.
- SM Mdluli also had 43,906 shares vest at R56.94; later sold 17,432 shares at a weighted average R123.0746 for R2.15 million.
