Orosur Mining's CA$14 Million Private Placement Oversubscribed

09:22 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orosur Mining (OMI.V) on Friday said a CA$14 million private placement of share units is oversubscribed and fully allocated. Under the offering, Orosur is selling 43.75-million units priced at CA$0.32 each. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of a warrant to buy a share for CA$0.45. Orosur plans to use the proceeds to advance the Anza project in Colombia, as well as for general working capital and corporate purposes, the minerals development company said Friday. The company also granted the agent an option to sell up to an additional 6.3 million units at the same price, raising up to CA$2 million in additional proceeds. Orsur shares closed unchanged at CA$0.285 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
