CEG reaches settlement with Rio de Janeiro state, AGENERSA over gas market liberalization dispute

- Cleared a settlement with the State of Rio de Janeiro, AGENERSA in lawsuit No. 3136355-50.2026.8.19.0001 over gas market liberalization.
- Endorsed an amendment to the concession contract, lowering the minimum volume for mandatory free-market migration to 10,000 m³/day from 100,000 m³/day.
