- Shareholders set the board size at five directors; the resolution passed.
- Director nominees Jon Bey, Blair Jordan, Kenneth Judge, Mike Young, Douglas Engdahl were reappointed; the resolution passed.
- Davidson & Company LLP was appointed auditor for the ensuing year; shareholders also set auditor remuneration; both resolutions passed.
- Shareholders re-approved the omnibus plan; separately, 2,300,000 options at $0.08 and 4,050,000 RSUs were granted.
