Eaton to Acquire COL Group in $923.1 Million Transaction

07:11 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eaton (ETN) signed a deal to acquire COL Group from Oaktree's Power Opportunities strategy for an enterprise value of 810 million euros ($923.1 million), Eaton said Friday. The acquisition is expected to expand Eaton's power distribution and manufacturing footprint in Europe, according to the statement. COL Group is estimated to generate 250 million euros in 2027 sales, Eaton said. Eaton expects to close the acquisition in Q1 2027.
