Delek US Prices $400 Million Convertible Senior Notes

05:16 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delek US (DK) priced a private offering of $400 million of 0% convertible senior notes due 2031, the company said Thursday. Initial purchasers have a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional $60 million of the notes. Delek said proceeds will be used to fund capped call transactions and general corporate purposes, including partial repayment of its Term Loan Credit Facility. The notes have an initial conversion price of about $85.31 per share and the offering is expected to close on Tuesday, it added.
