04:56 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is in talks to manage a financing deal for Extell Development's plan to construct luxury condominiums on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing unnamed people familiar with the talks. The real estate firm, headed by Gary Barnett, is looking for about $3.8 billion for the West 66th Street luxury housing project, sources told the news outlet. The planned property will go up on property that previously housed the main offices of the ABC television network, Bloomberg reported.
