05:35 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euroseas (ESEA) filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday to offer up to $400 million in common shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants and units. The company plans to use proceeds for vessel acquisitions, capital expenditures, debt repayment, working capital and general corporate purposes, the filing showed.
