05:02 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Utah Medical Products (UTMD) said late Thursday it is offering to purchase up to 650,000 shares of its stock at $75.00 per share. The offer represents a 17% premium over the stock's average daily closing price over the past 12 months, the company said. The stock closed at $74.75 on Thursday. The offer is scheduled to expire on Oct. 7, it said.
