04:37 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FG Nexus (FGNX) said late Thursday it will change its name to FG Communities Holdings (FGC), effective Sept. 28. "We have made tremendous progress evolving our business model, and the new name better reflects our transformation into a leading owner and operator of land-lease affordable housing communities," said CEO Kyle Cerminara.
