QIAGEN Launches QIAmini to Automate Small-Batch Sample Preparation

04:33 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- QIAGEN NV (QGEN) launched QIAmini, a compact automated sample preparation system designed for research laboratories processing smaller sample batches, the company said Thursday. The benchtop system processes up to eight samples per run and automates DNA and RNA extraction and purification, reducing hands-on time by more than 80 percent across evaluated workflows. QIAmini is the third new QIAGEN sample preparation system launched in 2026 and expands the company's automation portfolio from small research labs to high-throughput research and clinical testing.
