- Gross margin rate edged up 0.2 percentage points to 47.5%, and operating expenses fell to 35.1% of revenue from 37.2%.
- Free cash flow totaled €4 million, and net debt stood at €147.4 million, including the EB Development shareholder loan.
- CareDx’s Lab Solutions acquisition closed June 30, and EB Development proposed a tender offer at €25.30 per share.
