Liberty Defense Enters New Agreement With VMI Security for HEXWAVE

09:13 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Defense (SCAN.V, DETX) entered a strategic, non-exclusive distribution agreement with VMI Security for HEXWAVE, it said Thursday. The company believes the agreement expands its US sales channel network. VMI will offer Liberty's HEXWAVE walkthrough screening system as part of its security solutions portfolio, it said. Liberty gets access to VMI's established customer relationships, sales infrastructure, and expertise across airports, critical infrastructure, public venues, and other security-sensitive environments through the partnership, it added. The company's shares last traded Sept. 22, closing at CA$2.95 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
