Micron, Supermicro Face US International Trade Commission Investigation Over Netlist Patents

08:51 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology (MU), Supermicro (SMCI), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and Lenovo face a US International Trade Commission investigation for allegedly infringing four Netlist (NLST) patents, Netlist said Thursday. The commission's investigation will determine whether Micron memory products should be banned from importation into the United States on account of the infringement, according to a statement. Micron Technology, Supermicro, Hewlett Packard Enterprise did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
