F3 Uranium Appoints Ross McElroy as CEO

08:44 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- F3 Uranium (FUU.V) appointed Ross McElroy as its Chief Executive Officer and director, it said in a statement on Thursday. The company said Dev Randhawa will step down as its CEO and Chairman and assume the role of executive chairman. McElroy, most recently, was appointed President and CEO of Shine Minerals, it said. F3 Uranium also intends to proceed with a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares based on one post-consolidation common share for every ten pre-consolidation common shares. Shares of the company closed unchanged at CA$0.135 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
