08:31 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation (ACHR) said Thursday the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period has expired for its planned acquisition of Boeing's (BA) Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu subsidiaries. The transaction remains subject to other conditions, including certain regulatory approvals, and is expected to close by the end of 2026, the company said. Shares of Archer Aviation were 1.4% lower in Thursday premarket activity.
