Delek US Plans $400 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

07:59 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delek US (DK) plans to raise $400 million through a private offering of convertible senior notes due 2031, the company said Thursday. Initial purchasers are expected to have a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $60 million of the notes, the company said. Delek plans to use part of the proceeds for capped call transactions and the remainder for general corporate purposes, including partial repayment of its term loan, it added. Delek US shares were down 8.3% in premarket activity.
