The final tranche raised CA$485,878.04, it said. The company's LIFE offering resulted in the issuance of 3.1-million CMETC FT shares and 14.8-million HD shares. Proceeds will be used for exploration activities, and general corporate and working capital needs. Shares of the company closed down 17% to CA$0.095 on Wednesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
