Gold Strike Resources Finishes 2026 Drill Program at the Florin Gold Project, Yukon

07:14 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gold Strike Resources (GSR.V) completed its 2026 drill program on the Florin Gold Project, Yukon, it said Thursday. The Florin Gold Project is a reduced intrusion-related gold system (RIRGS) style gold deposit, said the company. The company completed 11 diamond drill holes totalling 4,014m in and around the Florin RIRGS gold deposit, it said. The company drilled seven holes south and southwest of the current Florin inferred resource footprint, while four holes were step-out exploration holes, it added. Gold Strike said all holes intersected either hornfels or quartz monzonite or both, with quartz veins, stockworks, micro veinlets and disseminated sulphides that have the potential to carry gold mineralization.
