- EBITDA climbed 48% to EUR 2.56 million, lifting the EBITDA margin by 1.9 percentage points to 7.6%.
- Net profit more than doubled to EUR 1.10 million, while profit attributable to owners rose to EUR 577,000.
- Cash totaled EUR 6.2 million at June 30, with total assets of EUR 65.5 million and equity of EUR 43.1 million.
- Completed a 51% stake purchase in Australia-based Jucari Global on Sept. 18; CEO Tsvetan Alexiev called it a foundation for the next phase.
