- Deal supports consolidation of Hippocampus operations, expansion of warehouse capacity to back network growth.
- Leasing momentum accelerated in 2026, with more than 200,000 sq m let in Germany in the first eight months.
- That volume rose 166% year on year, marking a record for the period.

Anthropic needs to provide financial guarantees for this lease and separately raise funds for the installed chips.
