- Parties will assess toll treating the remaining 35% of mixed carbonate at Neo facilities, returning separated products to Rainbow.
- Arrangement targets additional magnet rare earth feedstock for Neo’s European operations from phosphogypsum waste, reducing reliance on new mining.
