06:54 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Citigroup (C) will kick off loan investor meetings Thursday for Paramount Skydance Corp. (PSKY) as banks prepare to sell debt funding its takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter. The meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m. New York time, according to the person, the report said. Citigroup, Bank of America and Apollo Global Management underwrote the debt package earlier this year, according to the report.
