Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII Closes Business Combination With ONE Nuclear Energy

VII (HVII) closed its business combination with ONE Nuclear Energy, expected to advance the latter's nuclear and energy infrastructure development platform, ONE Nuclear said in a late Wednesday statement. Under the deal, ONE Nuclear became a subsidiary of the special purpose acquisition company, and the combined entity will trade under the ticker "ONEN," starting Sept. 24, according to ONE Nuclear. The business merger launches with 5 gigawatts of nuclear, natural gas, and battery storage capacity in active development, according to a statement.
