Tutor Perini Unit Wins $45.2 Million Guam Project to Build 2 Bridges

11:09 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tutor Perini (TPC) said Wednesday its Black Construction unit won a $45.2 million contract from the Guam Department of Public Works to rebuild two bridges along Route 1. Work on the two bridges, Laguas Bridge and Asan Culvert, will begin in the coming weeks, with completion expected in early 2029, the company said.
