09:00 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare stocks were steady premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) slightly declining and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) inactive. Roivant Sciences (ROIV) said its Immunovant (IMVT) subsidiary plans to stop development of IMVT-1402 in cutaneous lupus erythematosus after a proof-of-concept study failed to achieve statistical significance on the primary endpoint. Shares of Immunovant and Roivant were down 6.1% and 1%, respectively, pre-bell.
