Zephyr Minerals Completes Q4 Groundwater Studies at the Dawson Gold Deposit in Colorado

08:37 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zephyr Minerals (ZFR.V) completed the fourth quarter of a comprehensive groundwater monitoring and analytical program at and surrounding the Dawson Gold deposit located in Colorado, it said Wednesday. The program's final quarter is scheduled for December 2026. The company intends to submit a new mining permit application to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety for the Dawson Gold property as early as January 2027, it said. Zephyr also intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to four-million units at CA$0.05 apiece for up to CA$200,000. Each unit will consist of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for CA$0.10. Proceeds will be used for general working capital needs and to advance permitting activities for the Dawson Gold Project, it said. Shares of the company closed up CA$0.005, or 9.1%, to CA$0.06 Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
