Oruka Therapeutics Reports Deepening Responses for ORKA-001 Through Week 28

08:02 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oruka Therapeutics announced Wednesday that patients in its phase 2a trial for ORKA-001 continued to improve through Week 28, even though they stopped receiving doses after Week 4. Skin clearance rates improved by Week 28, with PASI 100 responses rising to 71.4% from 63.5% at Week 16, while PASI 90 rates rose to 87.3% at Week 28. IGA 0/1 response rates were maintained at 84.1%, the company said. The patients who crossed over from placebo to ORKA-001 at Week 16 showed similar responses, with 40% achieving PASI 100 at Week 28, while the drug maintained a favorable safety and tolerability profile. Oruka expects 52-week EVERLAST-A data in December 2026 and EVERLAST-B data in Q4 2026, it added. The company shares were down 3.7% in premarket activity.
