Highlander Silver Signs Mandate Letter for $330 Million Project Finance Facility

07:39 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Highlander Silver (HSLV.TO) has executed a mandate letter with Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking for a seven-year, senior secured structured project finance facility worth $330 million. The funds will be used to advance development of the Corani silver project in Peru, Highlander Silver said Wednesday. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2027, according to the company. Highlander Silver said it still retains full offtake rights to the project, providing the company with options to maximize value amid an intensifying global competition for clean concentrates. "The facility represents a strong endorsement of the Corani silver project, providing high-quality capital that follows a rigorous multidisciplinary due diligence process across key technical, financial, environmental and social aspects of the project that set it apart from recent peer financings in the high-yield and convertible debt markets," President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel Earle said.
